Healthy Buzz

Been feeling very ... Blehhhh the last few weeks. Amsterdam was good but I ate some juuuuunk while I was away and it's catching up on me now!! Decided I should try more healthy eating.. Get back into the swing of things. Been looking through Slimming World stuff and some of the meals are hella tasty looking! So, starting as of yesterday... Healthy Buzz! 
Breakfast was some porridge with raspberries and a lemon green tea in my cute Tiger cup💕
Lunch I had more lemon green tea(about 3 cups.. Obsessed) with strawberrys and a bag of pop corn.
And dinner I made a beef stir fry with chilli,garlic,onions,green peppers and soy sauce with some basmati rice. Followed by more tea.... 

Hoping to feel more human soon!
